PENDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS

The following permit applications have been submitted to the District for review by District staff and consideration by the District Board of Directors.

  

Once District staff determine an application is administratively complete, the District will schedule and hold a public hearing within 60 days to consider the application.

 

Copies of application materials, related documentation, and the proposed action on the application will be available here and at the District Office at least 10 days prior to the hearing. 


Anyone interested in the application may submit written comments to the District prior to the hearing or may attend the hearing and submit written comments or make oral comments.


Anyone interested in protesting an application as party must submit a written request for a contested case hearing in accordance with District Rules.  A form is available here to request a contested case hearing.

OP III ATX Ledgestone II, LP

  • Application Submittal Date: July 10, 2025
  • Application Status: Deemed administratively complete by District staff on March 18, 2026
  • Permit Hearing: The District’s Board of Directors will hold a continued consolidated public hearing on the three affiliated Ledgestone applications (OP III ATX Ledgestone II, LP; OP III ATX Ledgestone I, LP; OP III ATX Ledgestone I TH, LP) during a special meeting on May 8, 2026, at 9:30 AM (CST) at the District office, 8656 W Hwy 71, Building A, Suite 224, Austin, TX 78735. The Board consolidated these applications under a single hearing, opened the consolidated public hearing on April 22, 2026, and continued the hearing to May 21, 2026. The Applicants subsequently requested the continued hearing be rescheduled to May 8, 2026.
  • Application Materials: The materials provided below include the permit application, supporting documentation, District notices of deficiency (requests for additional information), the Applicant’s responses, and other relevant materials.
  • Proposed Action: The District General Manager recommends approval with special permit conditions, including graduated reductions in authorized annual production after initial one-year permit term (see revised draft operating permit below).
